FiyaEX policies are guided by our obsession with customer satisfaction. The Refund & Return policy is one of the components that we take very seriously. We strive to ensure each customer enjoys a good customer experience both on our website and after their purchase. Our aim is always 100% customer satisfaction. We have no hidden information or hidden costs, but our return policy is very strict due to the nature of some of our products. We only offer store credit for returned products except for undergarments, which are non-refundable for sanitary reasons.
To satisfy our customers, we provide free shipping for both your first purchase and first return. Any other shipping costs are non-refundable. All undergarments are final sale. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and brokerage related to the exchange of your product except for the first shipping cost of merchandise to and from you, which is free (Shipping cost only). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product. Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product after placing an order, we’ll work with you to get you the correct product. You WILL NOT receive a refund or cash.
Please follow the return policy and return your product in its original condition. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the product will be inspected by one of our quality control specialists to determine the condition of the product. If the product is not in its original condition it will be disposed of, and no store credit will be issued. Please be advised that changes cannot be made to the order once it is placed, therefore, you must double-check and verify your information prior to completing the order.
Store credit is issued for qualified merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of your confirmation date for most products. Returned products must meet the following criteria:
You are required to return a product along with a product picture showing the reason why you rejected the product. Even though the size chart is as accurate as can be, it cannot determine your fit due to the fact that each individual has a different body shape.
We encourage you to take advantage of our free waist trainer consultation service, so we can help you get the right-sized product prior to purchase. For us to help you choose your right product size, you need to send us your torso and waist measurements along with photos of the side and the front of your stomach. Please email information to the waist trainer consultant at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will contact you with a recommendation for your waist trainer size.
If our waist trainer consultant gave you a sizing recommendation prior to purchasing a waist trainer and you receive an undersized or an oversized waist trainer, we may provide you with store credit after receiving the product from you and inspecting it to make sure it is in its original condition.
